Inspection Service
Boiler inspection service
Simplified - The purpose of an inspection service is to assess the general performance and safety controls as your appliance performs it's daily tasks. Unlike an annual service, an inspection will not improve the mechanical performance of your appliance but will ensure that your boiler is both safe and fit for purpose.
Appliances we inspect
Boilers
Gas cookers
Gas hobs
Water heaters
Warm air units
Gas fires
Expanded - Our Inspection Service is a popular choice for new homeowners and landlords who wish to learn more about the central heating system they have or are about to inherit. If during an inspection we have concerns for safety, we may label and classify your boiler or gas appliance as "At Risk" or "Immediately Dangerous". We will also inform you of an alternative service to rectify the problem.
Inspection Service Checklist:
- Initial operation check
- CO measurement 1st test

- Combustion chamber integrity check
- CO measurement 2nd test
