Our Services Landlords Inspection Out of Hours

We appreciate that sometimes you simply cannot take time off work or afford to lose a day’s pay waiting for the engineer to turn up. This is why, for an additional fee, we can fix your central heating system, boiler or gas appliance when you get back from work – Out of Hours. Our services Out of Hours will cost a lot less than losing a day’s annual leave or a day’s pay.

Out of Hours is a popular choice for many of our existing clients and tend to reach capacity quicker than our in day appointments. Our normal working hours start from 08:00 AM until 18:00 PM Monday to Friday, whilst our Out of Hours services is active between 18:00 PM & 08:00 AM Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday, bank holidays, Easter, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Won't be back from work until 21:00 PM?, no problem we'll come visit you Out of Hours

We appreciate you may have kids asleep and that by ringing your door bell or enthusiastically knocking on your door, might be enough to undo hours of work putting your kids to sleep in the first place. This is why our out of hours visits begin with a simple phone call letting you know we’re at your front door. It also serves as a basic form of security so you know who’s at the door during the late or early hours of the evening/morning.

Out of Hours time slots are categorised as follows:

18:00 to 22:00 (Out of hours)
22:00 to 00:00 (Late Night)
00:00 to 08:00 (Emergency)
